Our values
A shared vision of a place where wine, vegetables and other foodstuffs grown responsibly and distributed locally are produced collectively and in a convivial atmosphere
All these values are shared by our team. They guide our exchanges with visitors and our practices in all our wine tourism offerings
The project
In the short term
The Domaine is thinking big with the creation of a large tasting cellar and a space to sell our fruit and vegetables.
The whole team will be able to welcome you in optimal conditions.
In the medium term
Recover at least 70% of our returnable bottles. The bottle represents half of our environmental impact (Kg CO2), so reusing as many bottles as possible is the first lever we are using to divide this carbon impact by 3.
Long-term
Plant all new plots in agroforestry to encourage biodiversity and limit the impact of climate change on the vines.
Reuse the large quantities of water needed in the winery to irrigate our fruit and vegetables.
The team
There are eight of us working full-time at the Domaine. We take care of everything from planting and vinification to marketing. Each person's skills contribute to the success of the whole, but above all we complement each other and work in a great spirit of cohesion
